Why do I need a wine broker?

We don’t help wineries to sell their stocks, we help retailers, importers and distributors find the right products for their clients.

We are not swimming in a sea of wine anymore, the wine world has changed. We are, for the first time in ages, experiencing a global wine shortage. New wine buyers can therefore only access wines if they go through a broker with established connections.

It’s not easy to buy wine anymore, especially big quantities in bulk. New clients frequently get rejected from wineries, and even stablished ones are getting their allocations cut. This is where brokers come into the picture, with already established winery connections we have access to wine. It’s as simple as that.

In years of wine shortage, such as after the 2017 vintage the conditions transformed to a sellers market. In events such as this the commission is sometimes added on the price to the buyer. The wineries become vey picky with buyers and prefer to sell only to established clients. New wine buyers can therefore only access wines if they go through a broker with established connections.
